At The Midnight Bookshelf, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if your literary-inspired apparel doesn't fit your story, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our archive, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
